It is important that you take note of our current terms and conditions before making an order.
The following conditions govern the relationship between you as a customer and Nestor Design when you shop on Nestor Designs website.
Orders are binding and you as a customer are required to pay your order. We ship to Sweden and worldwide. If an order is made in the name of another person without his or hers consent, or resulting in Nestor Designs suffering from financial or other damage will be reported to the police.
Minimum order amount
We have no minimum order amount, all orders are welcome.
Offers on reduced prices apply as long as the stock is sufficient unless otherwise stated.
Color rendering on computer screen
We have done everything we can to reproduce colors and pictures correctly on our site. However, keep in mind that your monitor may display some colors differently. We can not be responsible for the color reproduction of your computer.
The price stated on this website at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve ourselves for any typographical errors.
Storage of personal data
The data is processed to manage your purchase and to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. The information may also be used for marketing purposes. You as a customer have the right to oppose the use of your personal information for marketing purposes. Notification of such promotional barriers must be made in writing to the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Shipping costs according to table below:
International customers shipping will be delivered by DHL.
Your shipment with DHL will be delivered to your stated adress. If you are not home at delivery the package will be available to pick up at your local delivery point and you will receive a notification to pick up your shipment.
SMS notification for faster delivery
If you enter your mobile number when ordering, you will receive a text message telling you when you can pick up your package. This way you can pick up your delivery faster.
When items are out of stock
Since every product is made by hand the time producing a new product when a product is out of stock may vary between 2 - 10 days depending on working flows.
Provided your order only contains items in stock, you should normally receive them within 3-7 business days, depending on where in Sweden you live.
If your shipment is international your order can take longer to process, therefor the time for arrival will be between 7-30 business days. When you place your order, you will see if the item is in stock.
If delivery time would be delayed, you as a customer will, of course, receive information about it and also be entitled to cancel the purchase at no charge.
Orders delivered and not triggered within 14 days are returned to us at your expense. It is up to you as a customer to enter a valid and correct shipping address. In the case of unpacked packages and returning to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 295, regardless of purchase price, to cover our administrative costs, shipping and return shipping.
Transport damaged goods
When you receive the item, always check that the packaging is complete. If the outside appearance is damaged, you should advertise the goods to the distributor before receiving the shipment. Other damage to the content see the section "Complaints" below.
At Nestordesign you can choose to pay by: Credit Card or Paypal.

We do not store your card details, you must always enter the card details for each purchase.
Part payment or invoice is not available at this time.
Nestor Designs complies with the Consumer Purchase Act and provides a one-year warranty on all of our products.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Accident event after you have received the goods
- Neglect / Carelessness
- Abnormal use of the product
- If you have not followed the maintenance and service instructions.
According to the Consumer Purchases, you can always advertise manufacturing errors for one product up to three years after the purchase.
You will always be entitled to return within 14 days of receipt of your goods, even if the package has been opened. However, the product will be returned in well-maintained condition, if you do not return it in well-maintained condition you may be charged for any impairment.
In addition to this, we offer you an open purchase for 30 days, provided that the product is returned in the original package. Undamaged and unused.
As soon as we receive your request to use the right of withdrawal and we have returned the product, or proof that the item has been sent traceable, we will refund your money within 14 days, including any fees except shipping fee.

You are responsible for shipping the goods back to us.
Submitted in your return must be your name and address. Use the packing slip you received in the delivery, where you simply fill in this information and send it in return. Please enter why you want to return the item.
Please note that unpatched shipping does NOT apply as a return or refunded purchase - you will always need to pick up an ordered package, and then return it.

Cancellation of orders
We do not handle any cancellations, but you may use your right of withdrawal and return the item.
Unfortunately, we do not allow any changes, the easiest way is to return your goods and place a new order in our online store.
If something is damaged when you open the package, you must make a complaint to us, then we will replace you appropriately, either by a new equivalent product or the money back.
In case of complaint please contact us by email and state that there is a complaint in the subject line of the mail and we will assist you with your complaint. Do not ship any items before contacting us and knowing how to proceed.

Consumer Purchases / ARN entitles you to advertise a product within 3 years, provided that the item was incorrect at the time of delivery. But do not wait to address the error without doing it at once. In case of disputes that we fail to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to the General Complaints Board. We always follow their advice.

We reserve for final sales, any write / text errors and product images with different color shades on different computers. All ceramics are handmade, which means that each product is unique, which means that the products are not identical, and variations may occur.
All goods remain our property until full payment is paid. All fraud investigations are reported to police.
